Design

The layout has been designed to optimise the unique topography and changes in level at Holbeck. The individually designed houses are styled as modern executive homes with a range of two to four bedrooms, contemporary internal layouts and garages.

The creatively designed properties will have large windows in order to maximise natural light whilst taking full advantage of the stunning views.

The houses blend contemporary design with a range of traditional materials to give each residential plot an individual style of its own. Externally, the layout will appeal to all generations, particularly families.
